  Glen and the his team at A&A Arbor were AMAZING. If I could rate them higher I definitely would. I'm actually writing the review now (tree was cut down today) as I am just so impressed that I wanted to give my feedback. We had a massive 30m+ double trunk tree which was in an awkard location close to our house and down a long driveway which we had concerns about (driveway damage due to its construction) I got a few quotes and did a fair bit of research. When I looked at A&A Arbor all the reviews were really positive (which I a bit sceptical about - being such good feedback). Anyway Glen quoted (great quote) and listed to my concerns with the driveway. He even brought the crane around to test any damage to the driveway prior to doing the tree removal. He reassured me by talking about preventing damage by using mats etc. Due to the rain on a few occasions he was more than willing to reschedule which was great. Today. the tree was removed and an awesome amazing job was done. Everything and more Glen promised happened. Glen is amazing with the crane in a really confined area and his team worked amazing and really talented. The driveway ended up perfect even though there was a crane, large grinder, utes, chipper and truck and a couple of other trucks taking away the trunks. They continually cleaned ups during the day and the place was left spotless - actually incredible! Special thanks to Melissa (and another lady) in the office as well, listening to concerns and requests with changing days etc. Thankyou! If you want a tree removed don't bother going anywhere else!

  I chose this company because of the reviews and I believe they are well represented. Today they removed a huge peppermint gum from my property. I was reminded they were attending, they arrived promptly, the work was finished in a timely manner and despite the ensuing shower clean up was good. I was very impressed with their expertise and the crane work was awesome. Their pricing was competitive and well below a local crew.

  Excellent Tree Service.
  We felt in safe hands right from the initial phone call to the completion of the job, including the clean up.
  A very professional, efficient, reliable and likeable team, with everyone playing their part superbly.
  We cannot recommend them highly enough, whatever the size or type of job.
