The view on Vienna is spectecular and food and drinks cater well to a high-end clientele. The service is typically Viennese: rude, slow and aggressive against customers who dare to complain. Bad enough to spoil the place for me, have been several times, but tend to avoid it now. The place is too expensive for having such service.
