This is a place for teenagers and the music sucks :( you have to pay 2 Eur for the coats, 8 eur for entrance (this is not including any drinks) They give you a card for inside expenses even if you didn't drink anything when you return the card you have to pay 3 Eur more. And I didn't understand why this is. I'm returning the card safely, why I should pay again? This is place is sucks. Don't try.

Lots of fun, but I'm afraid to say only when it's warm outside because the Viennese winter is quite cruel when you are on one of the rides. Also, a lot of them are closed then. The rides themselves are nice, they feel safe, but are a little expensive (about 4 Euro per ride). The Riesenrad is a must see no matter the time of the year, it's a symbol of Vienna and while riding you have a great view of the city

Great for people of all ages. There are lots of restaurants and places to sit down and have skme good Viennese beer too if you don't want to take on the rides.

One of my favorite places in Vienna. The staff is efficient, even with lots of people you don't wait long for the ride. There are rides for everyone - children and adults, and something a family can enjoy altogether. I love the atmosphere of the place even though I hate the kitschy pop music they always play. Prices for the rides differ quite much but it is safe to assume that more exciting rides will cost around 4-5 euro per ride.

A great amusement park with an impressive history. It is a giant place of fun and entertainment which is good for both kids and adults. Prater has a lot of repeated rides and places thought it does not make it worse just makes it bigger. Worth a visit for the tourists and everyday fun seekers.

The place has its own, special atmosphere. It's kind of old, but from the other side modern with a lot of attractions, roller coasters, shops. There's a music playing all the time. Great place for kids, but not only. Even grownup could feel like a child once again there!

Big old school amusement park. Nice place to just spend the evening and walk around. Would suggest going on the Wiener Prater Ferris wheel during Golden hour, great views.

Recommended for heights and adrenaline addicted. But also to take a walk, rest and see the best amusement park. We were the most impressed by the tower with the height of 130m. From there you can see all Vienna on your hand. And the free fall that follows … no words. Must visit in Vienna.

Lovely place for all ages, certainly especially for kids/children and families. The wheel is a great way of viewing all around the Vienna and to decide which side you would like to explore depending upon the time you've. Madame Tussauds is a nice experience and don't forget to ride the Lilliput (the little train)

If you want to escape for a while and have fun with family & friends - the Prater offers a lot of possibilities! Visiting in the morning will allow you to ride on more attractions without waiting in line.

Great place to stop by and do some rides. Rode the giant Ferris wheel (10 euro) and you get a great view of the city. They have a giant swing ride that has an altitude similar or higher than their giant Ferris wheel so if you're not afraid of heights I would highly recommend it (5 euro)

this was a must see sight for me as I am a fan of the Movie "The Third Man" filmed in 1948. My friends in Vienna planned a vist for me and my wife. We were able to ride the wheel and it was wonderful This is a must see sight.
