  This is a nice hotel, just a minute from subway entrance. Friendly staff, proper heated and clean room, towels changed every day. Breakfast available for every taste and tea for free at the reception, till 10pm. I would hard recommend this hotel.

  The good:
  -The room was clean and big.
  -Breakfast was very good.
  -Staff was very ok.
  -Heating system is working
  -Hot water all the time
  -Close to subway station
  -Quiet area
  
  The not so good:
  -The hotel only has 4 parking spots, on a near street. The parking is locked and you have to ask for the key every time you want to use it and then take it back. Since there are so few parking spaces, they could have gave you a key, since you are paying 11€/day
  -The tee is free in a certain time interval, the rest of the time you have to pay 50 cents for the hot water at the machine, and the tee bag is free. They could have made it free

  Basic but ok, clean rooms. Unfortunately no late check out possible when we were there.
  Breakfast stops too early for Sundays but then we discovered an awesome breakfast/brunch place called Augustin just one block away. Check it out!
