My experience with fourside's hotel was awful. Not only did my best friend, Paula, get captured by aliens. I had to pay a 100 dollar fee to enter (which I have to wait to get my $300 allowance from my dad). It also didn't help that its in the worse city, where the mayor is a crazy communist and my obese next door neighbor is basically his sidekick. Don't ever visit this Hotel

Its a decent hotel and at a decent price, probably one of the cheapest in the area. The rooms are big, quite comfortable beds, commendable service. There is luggage keeping service also at the reception. Overall, we had an amazing stay here. They have parking space as well next to the building.

Hi all.. Here i am to say it how it is. This time in vienna austria hope this helps so that you can make the most of yout trip. Despite what people say this hotel is not central to restaurants or any sort of evening ambience. You need to go into the city for that .so evenings will be boring unless you find a way into the city ( don't forget this means you have to also find a way back ) . I'm writing this while still staying here but will update when my break is over. I can't express enough and a warning to all . If You enjoy going out in the evenings after your sightseeing rest you will be disappointed here . Yoy won't get any holiday atmosphere unless you travel 25 minutes into the city and that's by car with no traffic. . You cannot walk from here. So about the hotel. Its in a quiet location. Staff have little knowledge about attractions outside the city centre or advise on attractions and local food places. Not all speak english.. Athough you'll get clean bedrooms, you will have 2 single duvets on a double bed, limited wardrobe space unless you pull one of the mobile wardrobes randomly placed in the hallway into your room. you will find cheap plastic spoons for your complimentary tea. ( which is black tea so you may want to bring you're own t bags if your a tea drinker) Our tv hasn't worked since we arrived and we've requested this for 4 days now. Be prepared to have small towels in the bathroom and no robe so ladies it's not enough to wrap you properly. The room is always cleaned daily and very tidily. Make sure you hang the message on your doors for it to be cleaned. Breakfast is mixed meat and veg and not great if you are veggie or eat halal food as everything is placed next to each other. You will find yourself having to make your toast in a domestic style toaster and make your own tea/coffee. ( not what we see in the UK 4 star hotels where waiters offer these to you). If you need to use the car park there is an additional charge. Will post again in a few days about walking distant places from here, shops and I'll say it how it is for the rest of our stay.

Arrived at 8 in the morning, fresh off the nighttrain. Not a problem for our friendly receptionist, immediately arranged a room for us. Room was perfect, nice beds. Woke up a bit early due to construction site next door. Location is great, close to underground, supermarkt and market.

Really bad experince.
The TV was not working for the whole stay. Asked for the complain book and they they did not have.
On the first 3 nights they said they did't have a technician and the last night they offered me breakfast and offered me changing the room. I asked for a compensation and they say they would offer me the breakfasts I had. Very very bad! Also the name City Center is really a problem. You are not at all in the city center. It takes at least 4 mtro stations, there are no shops nothing in the area.response / report this review -

Very nice rooms. Beds are very comfortable. Lovely beds and blankets. The shower has excellent temperature controls and great pressure. Everything you'd want from a hotel when running around the city the rest of the time. Great experience for a good price.

The location isn't the best but the rooms and service are good. The room they gave us is spacious and tidy, my only complaint is that the bathroom is way too small, it makes everything uncomfortable. Otherwise a very positive experience.

The rooms are sizeable with nice amenities. Very contemporary feel. Staff is kind and helpful. Breakfast buffet is standard fare with eggs, bacon, beans, yogurt, cereals and breads. The brightest mark is the wifi which is both free and fast with some speed tests on my device clocking it at 90Mbps up and down.

Good rates, close to two subway stations plus international rail. Didn't use the restaurant but it seemed popular. Helpful staff and a left luggage closet.

Very Poor Service. I stay 3 nights at 3/F encore Vienna hotel. The 1st night the air-condition is working. However there is no air-condition even fan at 2nd night. So I report to front desk before I leave the hotel in the day morning. The front desk promise me that they will check and repair what happen it is. But I return back to my room in the night, it also does't working so far. They are also nothing to say or to do any more. I'm very disappointed with actually poor service at all.
