We bought a summer garden from Sunhouse. The planning was a bit complicated because an existing balcony etc. had to be included - but no problem for Sunhouse. Delivery time and assembly adhered to as agreed. Small changes were implemented immediately. A big compliment to Fa. Sunhouse-many thanks we enjoy our summer garden!

In May we went directly to the managing director for a discussion about the folding roof system
To date, no one has reported!
Wrote 3 emails, no reply.
Called 3 times, no call back although promised by the office lady

Well, now we're almost to the neighbors with top advice, who also gets the order from us.

Therefore NOT RECOMMENDED by us!

Was the cheapest right away, which doesn't mean that the quality wasn't right. Had some offers from other manufacturers who asked for almost 60% more. Despite my self-assembly, I am super satisfied with the product and the service (the explanation of the assembly and the implementation of my idea)
