We were charged for sides that we were promised would be complimentary, leaving us feeling cheated and deceived. Additionally, the waitresses seemed confused and unprofessional every time we asked them about the menu, providing us with incorrect details.

My friends and I were expecting to have a great evening in this restaurant, but it was quite the opposite. Although the food was really good, I cannot overlook the fact that my friends found plastic foil in our butter. The staff attempted to bribe us with a shot of schnaps instead of properly addressing the issue, which was unacceptable. They also added a charge for the "famous bush" they claimed was on the house, even though we never asked for it. Moreover, the restaurant misinformed us about the menu options and charged us an additional 10 euros for the "gentleman's cut of beef," which was supposed to be included in the three-course meal.
The worst part of it all is that it ruined my birthday dinner with my friends. I can't recommend this restaurant based on my experience. Even though he food was really good, the overall experience was a negative one.response / report this review -
