Bad Restaurant Experience
I recently dined at this restaurant and I must say, I am extremely disappointed with my experience. Although the food itself was enjoyable, I cannot overlook the fact that my dining companion and I found plastic foil in our butter. This was not only a disgusting surprise, but it also posed a serious choking hazard.
Instead of properly addressing the issue, the staff attempted to bribe us with a shot of schnaps as if that would make up for the negligence. To make matters worse, when the bill arrived, they charged us for the "amus bouche" they claimed was on the house when they brought it to our table without us even asking for it.
But the biggest issue was the misrepresentation of their menu. They informed us that we could order the "gentleman's cut of beef" in the three-course meal, only to tack on an additional 10 euros to our bill. This deceptive practice is unacceptable and shows a lack of integrity on the part of the restaurant.
Overall, I cannot recommend this establishment due to their careless handling of safety concerns and dishonest business practices.response / report this review -

My recent dining experience at this restaurant was incredibly disappointing. While the food was enjoyable, the restaurant's practices left a lot to be desired. To start, my friends and I found plastic foil in our butter, which was a serious safety concern that the staff tried to brush off with a shot of schnaps.
Furthermore, we were charged for the "famous bush" that was allegedly on the house and not requested, and we were misled about the menu options. We were promised the "gentleman's cut of beef" in the three-course meal, but were charged an additional 10 euros for it.
To top it off, the restaurant advertised lower prices on their website, but when we arrived, we were charged significantly more than what was displayed. The discrepancy left a sour taste in our mouths and a sense of dishonesty on the part of the restaurant.
All of these issues made for an unpleasant dining experience and tarnished what was supposed to be a special occasion. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this restaurantresponse / report this review -

Amazing hotel, 10 out of 10!
Stayed here with my boyfriend. And it was just incredible. An unreal view from the room, culinary delights, a modern beautiful sauna. The staff is very friendly and always ready to help. We will definitely recommend this hotel to all our friends and hope to return here in the summer. Thank you Bellevue team❤️response / report this review -

Myself and my partner attended a wedding in Seehotel Bellevue in August and were really well looked after in our stay and had a great time. No ask was too small and the staff were extremely accommodating - special shout out to Karoline for looking after us so well. Would recommend for anyone looking to enjoy a beautiful, modern hotel on the lake! Room 204 was a huge, lakeside room with an incredible view (see photos!) Thanks again, Karoline!!

Be careful with this hotel. It is owned and managed by a rude family. They charged me extra money just for not returning a room key card. The two managers (wife and husband) are very rude and taking advantage of tourists. They came at the reception yelling and shouting at me trying to force me to pay the extra money.
The room’s balcony is surrounded by trees where you can’t see anything.
The room telephone is not working and the reception closes at 10 pm
instead of king bed, they put two twin beds close to each other!!
There is no air conditioner in the rooms and the weather is very hot at day time. If you open the window, a lot of insects will come in to the room!!
I do not recommend this hotel if you want a good experience.
