  We had our apartment completely renovated by König & Heinrich Bau about 5 years ago. The new thermal baths were never properly registered with Wiener Netze, so we still have problems today. Unfortunately, the parquet was laid so incorrectly that the floor is bulging today. If you call König & Heinrich and ask them to call you back several times, addressing this directly to the management by email, no one answers. Nobody looks at the damage. Just radio silence. I've never had such disastrous service before, so think carefully before hiring the company.

  We would like to thank the whole team at König Heinrich! We commissioned the company to connect two living spaces / break through a load-bearing wall to create an open passage. Mr. Cavic's communication and service was highly professional and courteous. Apart from the structurally competent execution of the construction work, I was enthusiastic about the successful efforts to keep the dust pollution low - if people live in the apartment despite the renovation work, that's essential - enthusiastic.
