Our favorite Hotel in Wien, not only because the rooms are cosy, the breakfast is great and the location is good for a city trip. It's because of the warm athmosphere and the sweet people who work there. That's why we always book this hotel whenever we want to try a new one.

Our stay was excellent despite few small issues:
1. Bathroom door-very difficult to open once fully closed
2. Sounds of drilling from the vents of the bathroom
3. Spiders on the walls-at least 4 spiders were spotted in the room.
Other then that our stay was great!

large, comfortable rooms, with high ceeling and comfortable bed. Very close to U2 subway Rathaus station and Tram No:2. 5 min. walking distance to the Ring. Looking forward for the next stay. 👍

Die Zimmer sind gut und modern. Die Kaffeebar ist sehr nett. Unser Zimmer liegt im UG was ich nicht sehr schätze trotz dem dazugehörigen Sitzplatz. Ich benutze den sowieso nicht. Die Matratze ist pickelhart und es hat nur ein kleines Kissen p. Person. Für die 6 Nächte ist es nicht sehr angenehm da man am Morgen schon Rückenschmerzen hat. Die Garage ist ok da wir 2 Parkplätze benutzen dürfen weil es nicht viele Autos drinnen hat, sonst sind sie sehr eng. Auf jeden Fall werden wir das nächstemal anderes Hotel nehmen. Ich empfehle es nur wenn man gerne harte Betten hat..

Excellent location and visited Vienna during the Euro 2016 which was ongoing at the time in France. The Rathaus was bustling with excitement on the match nights. Worth it!

Very comfortable rooms, spacious, nicely appointed, modern design, very functional. Excellent breakfast, with plenty to choose from (gotta love the mini jam jars at each table!). Super friendly staff, beautiful location steps from the Rathaus and the places of interest.

Stayed for our wedding anniversary and my birthday couldn't ask for a better place in the price range, great location, fantastic staff (we got an upgrade), good breakfast! Free sauna, complementary coffee and tea in the room. Will definitely be back.

Location is perfect, close to Rathaus, museum quarter , wide selection of breakfast.

In our opinion a bit overrated for five stars. The rooms are nice but there are a few details which do not meet the high standards. Breakfast is very good. Quite near the center of the city which makes it attractive to spend the nights at while exploring the beauty of the city.

Very good experience. Divine bed and nice, spacious room. I always appreciate a well designed bathroom. Breakfast has everything to offer, though the buffet is a bit unstructured and you need to order the coffee.

Really good hotel. Their breakfast was absolutely amazing. The service we received from the staff was definitely one of the best I have ever experienced. Our room had a little patio and it made our stay even more amazing than we initially thought. When I visit Vienna again, I will certainly consider staying in this hotel.
