  I was extremely satisfied with the support hotline regarding a BGN billing. I was prepared for a complicated process, but thanks to the help provided by remote maintenance, we were able to solve the problem within 2 minutes.

  Something went wrong with an update. I sent an e-mail to RZA and within a few minutes received well-founded information and a solution to the problem over the phone.
