Great hotel for a weekend in Innsbruck
Comfortable room, good shower, good breakfast. Take a room away from the street, late night loud bar across the street that closes at 6am.
Everything perfect. Good breakfast and lunch.
Nice botel newly renovated fast service (checkin)
No air-conditioning. On hot days like these you still have to ask for fans and the staff have to hunt for the dusty old fans. One of the receptionists mocked my mom saying "we can't order 500 fans" when my mom asked for one. With exception to that bad sheep (for more reasons than I stated here), the rest of the staff were polite and professional. The breakfast spread was minimal. This place barely deserves 3 stars and yet it refers to itself as a four star hotel.
Beautiful updates rooms. Great location!
Excellent location.. just cross the road from main station we get a view though walkway between two buildings..
Very good service. Room had an adequate size. Breakfast was good but was missing toast. No tea making facilities and tv remote was terrible.
I liked the localization, bathtube and room size. But there was no parking place, even though I had requested it on reservation.
Hotel Sailer is the most horrible hotel I ever expericeced because I was stolen my Tag Heuer watch in this hotel. And also, very narrow room makes me sick and sanitery problem was serious as well. DO NOT BELEIVE THIS HOTEL EVER!
Nice hotel, close to city center.
We liked it. The room was nice and simple. The free breakfast certainly made it more affordable. Only real complaint was there is a beer garden behind the hotel. It's open when we were there till midnight playing polka. I'd recommend staying on the street side. Unfortunately that side faces the train station.
