Clean rooms and they are as large as usual. No air condition. Breakfast was good. Very good location near Westbahnhof. Good service!

Clean quiet hotel. Real bonus, the free use of their business computer meant some urgent and critical printing was completed with ease.

Stayed for a short night (arrived late and left early morning). Loved the breakfast. 2 minutes walk to the train station.

Great location near the metro and close to shops, bars and restaurants. A little bit old but rooms are clean, good service, nice sauna in the basement. OK breakfast, there is also a bar and restaurant.

Stayed during late February/Early March (experienced my first European Shrove Tuesday in Vienna). Fairly distant from the heart of town, but in a very nice neighborhood and convenient distance from the U-Bahnhof. Rooms are fairly expensive, but cozy and clean with one of the nicest hotel bathing experiences I have ever had. Hotel lounge was nice, with friendly servers. Breakfast was not mind-blowing, but was exactly what I needed to get on the go. Overall, lovely facilities in a safe area with a friendly, if to-the-point, staff.

A good place to stay in Vienna. The location is in a side street, but still in a good part of town. The staff was quick but fairly frank in their demeanor. Not all were fluent in English, but I wasn't fluent in Deutsch so I can't complain. The bar was also strangely standoffish, but the drinks were good. The breakfast was also decent. Rooms were clean and well made. Comfortable enough for a night stay.

The hotel is nice, the room has all the basics including a safe and a mini bar. The breakfast buffet caters for many different tastes with a wide variety of foods and drinks (but no hot chocolate sadly)

When booking the hotel it was stated to be a 4 star. The room that we were booked in was quite worn. Carpet was displaced along the edges and the sofa seat in the room showed signs of wear and tear. Booking was fairly straightforward and the room was ready on our arrival. The hotel is quite near the westbahnhof station so convenient for travel. The airport bus lines also drop near the station. Breakfast had a lot of options but these were very limited for vegetarians. Staff was polite on our arrival. Although did not provide any information about local area when we told them we were visiting, which would have been appreciated. The room is quite spacious with a safe, television and mini fridge. Water bottle in the room was not complimentary but was €3.8. I have been in hotels where still water has been usually free or atleast one bottle has been free for each day.

Been here before. Will come back. Rooms are not cheap and the premium room experiment did not reward with an equivalent experience. However, rooms are good and clean. Staff is good. Bar and Restaurant are nice. Breakfast is NOT superb, but that's about it. The parking garage entrance is super super tight. Any car with excess width or length will not be able to go in. A normal car will have about 2 inches on each side max driving in. Note that connection to the airport is not ideal. There are buses to the western railway station and a fixed rate taxi service that will drive you for under 40 euros. City centre, opera and museums are about 2km away, but trams go regularly and a walk down the shopping miles is great indeed. Enjoy
