We are at the cafe Imperial in the hotel. The Imperial torte is awesome, much better than the Sacher torte to us. We also loved the hot chocolate served in individual little server. Over all it was a good experience and we will return on our next visit.
Great location between commercial center and cultural center
best service large room imperial design
Outstanding service and appointment. Staff focused on service to the individual customer. Beautiful well kept environment
Wonderful hotel. Staff are passionate about their work and always have a smile to greet us with.
Nice hotel, amazing staff, great history (it was a palace), wonderful location.
I didn't like the pillows but I'm very picky when it comes to pillows.
Very fancy! Watch out for the amazing book display in the bar area.
One of my favorite hotels anywhere in Europe. Professional and polite staff. Spacious rooms. Great views if you can get on the top floor.
If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around
Many often, hotels in Europe play witness to significant historical events. Like Hotel Imperial on Ringstrasse. Converted from a Viennese palace into a hotel for the World’s Fair, the who’s who of global icons were guests at the hotel, including royalty, world leaders and the like. It’s perhaps one of the most exclusive hotel on the ring with a storied past to tell.
If you’re not staying here, which is actually not too over the top to do, you can still stop over at the Cafe Imperial and enjoy the Viennese tradition of enjoy coffee for whatsoever reason.
Hotel Imperial is maybe the most luxurious Hotel in Vienna. It is beautiful and elegant. The Wiener Musikverein, the most famous Concert Hall in the world is found directly behind the Hotel. It is also very close to the Central City, and the State Opera!
I had an awesome experience during my 4 night stay at the Imperial Hotel. What really stood out was the incredible service. Everyone from the waiters at breakfast, the concierge staff and the bartenders were so helpful and went the extra mile. The hotel is lovely, my room was spacious and appointed beautifully.

We stayed there for 3 nights and the room was awesome. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The concierge service went the extra mile in helping us find things to do in the city.
I have been there for a conference and the atmosphere is amazing, giving back a feeling of old empire times
