The sauna is realy nice and the restaurant is also ok.
Bad customer service experience,.We couldn't figure out the entrance fees from the Web site in english but also when We arrived the staff weren't happy to explain to us so several misunderstandings happened when We paid.
Other than that the place is amazing and the experience unique. Bring your own towels, flip flops and bathrobe otherwise you ll be charged for renting/buy.
The staff is kind and helpfull. Swimingpools are nice and beautifulspecialy for the little ones. The scenary and the nature complete the package. We had a lots of fun. Hope to come again someday.
One of the best locations in Austria. We are on our honeymoon, we really wanted to get a room but the hotel was fully booked. So we took a night in a nearby hotel and walk to the aqua dom.
You get a chip that register all your purchases and movement then you pay at the end, which is great!
We set in the outside warmed pools, and ordered great cocktails. Went to the restaurant and eat all you can eat BBQ.
Then we relaxed one more time in the inner pools.
If you are in the area, don’t miss it! Its a must do!
Its cost 20.50 euro for evening ticket. And the cocktail are 7.50 euro.
Worth every cent!
Amazing thermas spa, everything perfect, relax, great swimming thermas pools, on the mountains so incredible
If you'll be in the area, visit it. Very relaxing for us, enjoying very much. We liked it.
Beautiful place to relax. Amazing views, not so many people in sauna section, clean and a lot of options to recover. I will back there for sure!
We got in for free with the Ötztal-Card. Place is a great Water resort, with some nice Options for relaxing. I didn't visit the Sauna or Spa areas.
Place is on the expensive side though,if you have to pay for it.
It was my second time here (for the first visit three years ago I would give no more than a single star!). Great location, relatively new facilities, comfortable complex of saunas and pools. When not over fulled then very and very relaxing.
The receptionist at the Therme was not friendly and she sended us a few times in the wrong directions but we had a reservation so ended up back at her desk. We had to wait long before we could pay in the end. It was not clean (very dirty windows at the side of the pools). The Thermen/Spa is expensive.
I just visited the pool area in the evening after a day of snowboarding. The pool's fine and the views while bubbling away are astonishing. Though it does get boring after 2 hours and I don't feel like it offers enough to justify the price. Also the place was crowded with Russians somehow, just a perception.
Amazing spa hotel located within the Austrian Alps. The rooms were cosy and comfortable, with an amazing view. The meals provided were sumptuous and accompanied with good service.
Thoroughly enjoyed the saunas and pools, with a large variety to suit your preferences.
We just visited the thermal baths after a day of snowboarding in Solden; the Aqua Dome is only about a 10-15 min drive. Beautiful setting with the snow capped Austrian Alps in the background as you sit & relax in the outdoor thermal pools. The pools are nicely lit up at night, with changing colors between blue, purple & green. With it being a pretty chilly night in February when we visited, we wish the pools could've been a little warmer. Friendly staff. Co-ed lockers, but private changing rooms available, as well as separate male & female showers. Showers stalls are open without curtains with hair/body soap dispensers in each stall. We recommend bringing your own flip flops and towels, unless you want to walk barefoot or pay extra for towels.
Nice Spa. But I did get 'bored' after 2h. In my opinion too little to offer for the price (only reviewing the spa area). The salt pool was a highlight offering 8% salt consistency and the panoramic view from the pool is great.
Was relaxing for spending a day off skiing, but have seen far better spas for similar prices.
