Schönes Innenstadt-Hotel. Sehr gute Lage direkt am Dom . Moderne Ausstattung. Gutes Angebot am Frühstücksbuffet. Zimmer mit wunderbarer Aussicht.

Rooms are really OK. Nice view (ask for it at reservation). Staff extremely nice but manager - totally opposite. Not nice at all Guy even closes toilets at the ground floor when guests are in lobby. Saying that some tourists are coming to use this. Ridiculous.

The worst reception service ever. Don't be fooled by fancy website, cool interiors or promotions. No internet signal in 2nd floor room. Had to sit in hallway. Only plug to charge laptop is in bathroom next to the sink. Zero in-room amenities for a "Superior Room".
Bad attitude with girl at reception - horrible single beds pushed together to make one "queen size"try to sleep in the middle, the beds split apart. You'll end up on a single bed for a nights sleepwaste of extra money to pay for "Superior Room" .
Reception girl doesn't care. She told me if I don't like it - leave. So I did. Found another lovely hotel with great service both at reception and in-room.
Hotel Am Domplatz is a waste of money for experienced travellers. And, its not a comfortable service experience either. especially for those from Europe and the West who travel a lot. Ownership/management are involved in other endeavours; they need to refocus on this property. All style - zero substance.
