EDIT NOTE:
The hotel has since refunded my payment and apologized for the
issues I had.
Everyone makes mistakes and they owned up to it and made it right!
This is how customer service works and my new review rating reflects that.
(ROOM A MESS!!)
Checked into hotel at 6:30 PM
Went to my room and it was a mess with blankets on floor and pillow bunched up.
Looked in bathroom with all towels used and on floor.
Went to lobby and asked for house cleaning.
Return 45min later and room still a mess.
Called front desk and they said sorry house cleaning is gone and we can't move you to another room.
Paid over $200 for the night and I have no clean towels.NOT happy!!response / report this review -

Nice hotel. Very good rooms on 6th floor, but try to get a room with odd nr (better view). Good breakfast. Nice touch was the free beer I got upon arrival.
But on the second day one of my three snickers I left in my room was missing Never saw it again First time this happened to me in a hotel room. Cost you a star :-(response / report this review -

Nicely located. Very comfortable room. It got a little warm in the afternoons and a/c couldn't cool it down. Nice breakfast. Great location. Walk to Danube. Restaurants all around.

My wife and I loved this hotel. Great location and front desk personnel were very helpful. My father in law was unexpectedly in hospital 5 days and staff helped us by extending our stay at short notice, calling taxis and airport to get us back to the US. Didn't care for smoking in restaurant, but we had other things to worry about.

Great location, only 10minutes walk from train station. Room is spacious, clean and tidy.
