The beakfast was great every day but the room was small, uncomfortable and very loud thanks to a school group. They were shouting in front of my room and under the window etc.
My request had been ignored so I couldn't move to another, less noisy room. The staff "did not notice anything extraordinary".

Turned up very last minute (at 2 in the morning with a group of 22) after some slight issues with our scout trip and our original overnight stop. The staff were fantastic and very helpful - sorted us out quickly!

Poor restaurant menu, lacking choice for the evening meal. Breakfast was really good with good selection of food and regularly topped up with fresh food and drink. Aircon/temperature control was not the best in the room. Shower door was awkward to shut because of the lack of space. Staff were very nice and helpful. The hotel is in a good location.

I came here with my scout group, after plans to stay at a campsite fell though due to illnesses and timings. The staff were extremely helpful, even when we rocked up with 23 people at 2 in the morning. They also helped us to arrange going to another one of their hotels in Bonn, Germany, as we still needed to rest the drivers. Overall I would definitely recommend that you stay here as the staff were helpful; the rooms were clean; and the beds were definitely more comfortable than a camp bed on rocky, bumpy ground!

We have been there in summer 2016. Bathroom was dirty, broken toilet, and sink. Dirty shower. On the ceiling there was a piece of wood screwed up, to stop falling plaster. For this not too cheap price, this wasn't acceptable. Disgusting hotel room. Disappointed!

Quite a good hotel to stay at when traveling to Linz. Offers almost everything you need and you get what you pay for.

Generally OK. Breakfast is more recommendable at the train station close by. An absolute no go are smoker rooms.

Terrible!! My husband had booked a room online, checked in online and so as far as we were concerned, we had a room waiting for us when we arrived there. My husband had driven a long distance to get there and unfortunately was held in traffic jams for 4.5hrs, but as I wrote, we thought we had our room waiting for us, so no problem, ick up keys and sleep a couple of hours. Wrong, we arrived my husband went in to collect the key, the night manager/receptionist was rude, muttering under her breath that Mr Chadwick arrives now. My husband ignored this as he thought she had a busy night. She then proceeded to tell him that his room had been sold. My husband, managed to keep his cool but was upset that this had happened. She told him they thought he wasn't going to arrive so sold it. He explained he had checked in online, had email confirmation and therefore they had one. She then offered another hotel to mu husband, who was too angry to accept it. He asked for a refund and as he was leaving, the night manager/receptionist muttered more things under her breathe. My husband turned around and asked what she said, she lied and said she said she was sorry. My husband explained that if you say sorry to someone you look at them, not mutter under your breathe. This person tried to double book a room and make more money, if this is your standard, this is disgusting and theft. Your staff need more training in customer care and plain politeness.
I had to put 1 star to post this, but if I could you would get nothing. Worst experience he has ever had, and he has worked in this industry for over 20 years.

One can think that with nowadays progress a normal stable wi-fi signal with a quick enough internet to open a Facebook page in the hotel room is a must. But not in here. I do not know how it was in other rooms, but the one I stayed in had a very low signal, and where signal was good enough to use - internet speed itself was a shame. So bad that you couldn't watch a youtube video without interruptions. Hello from early 00 Basically the free Linz wi-fi, which is beamed through all the city is way quicker and more stable than internet in the hotel.
Another thing is how "clean" it was in the room. That is amazing to see somebodies lipstick and very dirty toilet seat after previous visitor.
Also for the price you pay, you can not even switch on/off air condition in your room, you are left only with regulation of temperature. But if it is switched on, then it will blow in your face whole night, though with a temperature of your choice :D
Rooms are extremely small.
Oh, and parking is extra payed ;)
At the end, the only good thing in this hotel was a hospitality of guys who work there.
May be for a one night stay this hotel is good cause of being practically in the center of the city. But when you stay longer and want sometimes a simple comfort in the room, then there can be a problem. At least it was in my room. Don't know about other ones.
