One of the best experience in a three 🌟 hotel. Amazing service, breakfast, room Ah, only one little tiny thing: at TV the tourists are not willing for Bloomberg TV and CNN, but for something from their own home, maybe music or movie and news as , in Romania, TVR 1, PRO TV, etc

Three stars is way to good for this old crummy hotel, great for a remake of the shining.
Terrible hotel, I got no sleep from the screaming and yelling in the street.

The hotel looks quite old, especially the design, you may feel like you're in the 60s. But the rooms are very clean and even though it looks oldish most of the furniture is quite new. The hotel just next to most of the museum's and the district has everything you may need (shops, etc.). The price a bit higher than expected but it's OK considering the area and the quality (clean rooms, new furniture, etc.)

We got a very large comfortable room for 4 people with a sofa for a lower price than we paid in Venice and Munich for smaller rooms. Its a short walk to the Leopold museum and the main art history and natural history museums. Everything is spacious clean and comfortable. Plenty of power sockets and lights. Quiet surrounds. Breakfast is basic.

The best thing about this hotel is it's loaction and easy access to many amazing historical sites.The rooms are clean. But fridge is emty.the hair dryer is nightmare, it's a good idea to bring yours if you need one. No sleepers ! Don't forget yours. There is a night club or something like that located on the opposite side of the alley and it's oppening time is 8 pm-6 am!! Lots of drunk people talking and laughing very loud under your window if you need some rest it's a good idea to have an ear plug with you.
Breakfast is acceptable in addition.
Front desk people are polite but not friendly .
In addition, if i'll come back to Viena again , this hotel will not be my first choiceresponse / report this review
