I visited the hotel during business trip, it is quite place, outside of downtown with OK breakfast buffet (eggs, bacon, some cheese, not much vegies), unfortunately they were mistake in the receipt I have realised when I left the hotel and they never answered my emails. I would say it is rather mediocre choice of hotel in Salzburg and I recommend choosing a different one. The hotel was advertised as four star, I think that tree stars is much closer to reality.

Nice but nothing special to justify the prices. Don't visit Salzburg in August if you want to avoid being ripped off by the hotels.

Easy access from the highway but in a quiet neighbourhood; plenty of free parking and less than 100 mt. from bus stop. The ride is about 5 minutes to the Hauptbahnhof and another 5 to the city center. Rooms are of good size and beds are comfortable, breakfast is not included but you can purchase it for €11 per person. Customer service is top notch! They were very friendly and helpful and will give you all the guidance you need. Only con: the towels could use more fabric softener but overall a great place to stay and great value.

The customer service was great and exceptional and good breakfast spread. Room and bathroom clean but bare minimum quality. There is no privacy for the shower stall from the room.

Die Rezeption ist nett und das Zimmer ist ganz sauber. Das einzige Problem für mich ist dass die Lage des Hotels nicht zentral ist, aber dafür ist das Hotel sehr ruhig.
