The Hotel is comfortable and the staff is very nice and helpful. However the room, which was advertised as wheelchair accessible, had a shower with a tall step making impossible to use. Otherwise the room was perfectly accessible and specious, but because the shower in my opinion it should not be marked as accessible friendly.

Great for a morning flight, a very short walk to the airport. Excellent soundproofing in rooms and nice breakfast buffet.

You can literally walk to the hotel from the airport in under 10 minutes. This is convenient, but not much in area to do. I was attending work conference here, so I didn't have much free time anyways. Beds are firm but one of the best sleeps I've had a hotel. Dated decor, but clean. The staff is exceptionally pleasant and speaks English for us who don't speak German. Transport to/from hotel is convenient with taxis and bus routes. There is a McDonald's near by and a Hofer market about 10 minute walk. Also a cinema near. And the hotel is adjacent to a designer outlet mall if that's your thing. My cons are pretty minor: the fridge in room doesn't get very cool, the room doesn't really have a desk for work, the stepninto shower is unusually high, and the layout is a bit confusing. However, it's a solid place to stay!

It's okay, but for a modern hotel it leaves a lot to be desired. It's fine if you are just overnight at the airport. But staying in town, you'd be better off closer to town.

Disappointing - arrived and unpacked only to find the WC flush was not operational. Staff must be commended on their efficient response but the problem was not able to be resolved immediately and we had to repack and move to another room and unpack all over again. One wonders how the WC was cleaned prior to our arrival when the flush was not in working order?

WellThis place is a little weird. It's clean but old. The price was good compared to others in the area, but the building is laid out in an inconvenient way. Be prepared to drag your bags up and down short flights of stairs. It kinda feels like your in a hospital in the 70s. Not bad, just odd.

I was in Triple room.Room was clean and breakfast was pretty good(although lack of delicious vegetables).But when i take shower,there was horrible noise in bathroom.And the hotel has complex structure.

Hotel is fine but lacks on easyness. So hard to find the entrance (you have to enter through the shopping mall eventhogh the main entrance is visible from the main Street). No free to use parking spaces (there are 10! I was told I'm front of the hotel but I could not find any open space. Using the garage of the shopping center - which is 15 Euro per night - was a challenge for me. It is so huge and confusing that finding the right spots for the hotel took me 30 minutes. You better find these spots otherwise you got lost in the sea of elevators leading to - the shopping mall and not to the hotel. No direct connection between hotel parking spots to tower one - yes there are two towers which makes it even more confusing. In case you stay at tower one you must find the parking spot in the shopping mall close to the elevator (which only enters the reception floor and tower 2, get out of the elevator, find tower one, schlepping all your luggage downstairs (there is no possibility to enter the elevator for tower one directly) after you have all your luggage a couple of stairs down tower one you can finally use the elevator for tower one!!! Any more question?? From the first sight of the hotel to finally open my room door took me one hourHotel is clean though. Some of the staff were nice though.

The higher you turn the Ac fan the less it blew. September with 50-60 degree weather and 83 in the room. Tiny rooms. Just not impressed. 2 star because at least over worked employees weren't rude.
