Located slightly away from alstadt(old town) though if you want to be close to supermarkets the area is full of it. The bus stop is right next to the hotel so it was very convenient for us. The rooms are clean and spacious. The only disadvantage is that the basin and the WC and the shower are separate so it gets a bit difficult. The staff takes a lot of time to refill the breakfast layout. It was an ok experience for us.

The staff were extremely welcoming and polite. Room was very nice. For us, the location was a bit too far from town for walking but good bus service right next to hotel.

Habitación espaciosa, el baño tiene cristales semiopacos en lugar de tabiques, perfecto el desayuno hay varias cosas a elegir. En cuanto a la ubicación está a unos 2km de la zona turística de Salzburgo, totalmente necesario autobus

The rooms are beautiful and the service is great. The people working here are so nice and it's just a great experience overall. It's located in the middle of the new town, but it's still near the old town. Overall, it was great staying with Best Western in Salzburg

Great hotel catered to large groups. Breakfast is amazing; a full continental breakfast with a wide diversity of cheeses and drinks. The rooms vary in size, and some are a bit open with their bathrooms, which can be very awkward with two guys in the room.

I do not recommend booking any reservation with this hotel. I booked a stay here months in advance while passing through Austria. I booked online, and accidentally booked the right dates, but a month early. After numerous emails explaining what happened, and asking to change the booking to the same dates but a month later, no response or any contact was made. The booking company even tried to contact them, and yet again and no response was made. This is absolutely unacceptable, considering this was all occurring months prior to the booking. I was then forced to cancel the stay, for a fee that was almost the cost of the stay, which they instantly processed. This hotel is very unprofessional and are very untrustworthy, offering no help at all. Do not book a stay with this hotel.

Very friendly staff spacious room,clean wi fi works nice and quite supermarket nearby Chinese restaraunt over the road don't get mixed up with the other hotel in Salzburg city with the same name
