Very beautiful hotel within the mountains close to Salzburg. I liked the friendly staff at the restaurant and the dishes. The rooms are clean and tidy.

Do yourself a favour, book somewhere else. The front desk just lied to me about the service hour of the facilities. When I talked to head waiter (only English speaking staff after 10pm) awhile later, they said that it was available but they didn't have access to the keys as the front desk staff I talked to left already.
They say they have a 24 hour front desk as well but that's a lie too. Expedia tried to call them for an hour but no answer.
Any more lies? Yes, the breakfast is not free as advertised.
I don't mind hotels being small or lack of facilities, but that's a big no if the staff being dishonest to their guests.response / report this review
