Super comfy rooms in different styles located in different parts of hotel. Large Wellness and Fitness area anderen a pretty nice breakfast were included. The beautiful Lake Fuschl ist close by and the view from at least a few rooms towards towards the mountains ist exceptional.

This place is fantastic. I have no idea why this is an SPG category 3 hotel as it is really great. So we started with amazing value for money. The facilities are excellent, great pool and a short walk to a stunning lake. Staff are very friendly and accommodating also. Would happily recommend and return.

Very large clean rooms, all the staff seem friendly and it is in a staggering beautiful setting. The breakfast has an expansive selection with help waiters. The evening restaurant have limited selection (especially for vegetarians) however very friendly welcome staff. The food from the grill restaurant is some of the best I've tasted in a long time.

Front desk very rude. Rooms in another wing. To get there must drag luggage up and down stairs, no elevator access from lobby. Rooms 100 to 124 are spread over 4 different floors, some (again) only accessible via stairs. Room window is so small it is like you are looking out of a jail cell window.

Every time I left the room for more then an hour the electronic keys stopped working. Had to hike back to main building every time to reprogram them.

Had to pay for "luggage services" to move our luggage back to reception on checkout. They then proceeded to put our luggage on some tour bus about to leave. Fortunately caught it at last minute otherwise our luggage would have been gone!!

One wall is only 4 feet high so there is a sloping ceiling. Frequently hit my head to get near TV, coffee or chair.

Avoid this place!!

Sheraton quality meets Austrian traditions. Very nice hotel which I visit every year for business meetings.
