Rooms are ok but unusually hot. WiFi is free but very slow and often unreliable. A little overpriced for what you get

I stayed in room 316 and it was only by the last night of my stay that I noticed all the bed bugs in the room.

Before anyone tries to tell me that I am mistaken, I can guarantee you that I have the misfortune of knowing a lot about these vile creatures, as I have dealt with them many years ago. I know the signs. Your hotel definitely has a bed bug problem.

The bites take a few days to start itching, so it was not until the end of my stay that I thought there might be a problem. Once I started looking for the signs, I noticed bed bugs in the bathroom and near/inside the bed. There were both adults and juvenile insects, so the infestation is quite progressed at this point. I also noticed small red/brown stains on the sheets, another sign of them. I also took some photos of the insects that I saw.

I tried to talk about it when I checked out but the person at reception was not interested in listening to me and I was in a rush for the airport.

Exceptional nice clean motel and the room was very nice. Breakfast was adequate and the motel is located conveniently within 3 blocks of the metro station. The guy that worked the reception desk was not real friendly however the happy hour bartender was awesome. Would definitely stay here again.

Hotel a little dated and doesn't have a restaurant, but rooms are comfortable enough. Good location for U1 underground line, which gets you into the city and the Vienna International Centre in a few stops.

Good location and good price/quality ratio. Clear rooms, big tv in the rooms. Minibar and safe included in the rooms. Free WiFi.

It's a clean quiet hotel. There's underground station nearby about 5 minutes walking. I expected it to be a little pit better as a 4 star hotel. The staff is nice.

Not very close to major tourist site in town, the facilities are a bit out dated. Services is pretty decent though.

Slightly dated but clean and well maintained hotel in an excellent location close to the Danube. Underground is 5 minutes away and just a few stops to the city centre. Rooms are a very good size. No air-conditioning but a fan was provided in the room free of charge. Can't comment on food as we ate outdoors all the time in the superb hot weather. Would certainly come back.
