Amazing hotel, rooms are nice, location is great and the best thing about the hotel is that the staff were amazing and especially (Valentina)
Who was very nice and helpful, I literally came to Vienna without having any specific plans but she told us all about the good places, and all of them were amazing tbh.

The location of this hotel cannot be beat! It is close to within walking distance of many of the main attractions, restaurants, public transportation and shopping. The spacious apartment cannot be beat! The rooms need a bit of updating (get rid of the '70's brown wall covering and dated brown furniture) and you could have more people staying with you. The front desk staff was INCREDIBLE (Eduard)! Anything you needed, they were there. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We felt most welcome during our stay. The hotel room was absolutely perfect, spacious and yet cosy. A fine place to return to after a long day. For us it was a home from home. Vienna is one of the most beautiful cities I've seen, I liked it even more than New York. I will certainly visit this beautiful city again and when we do we will surely book again at the Derag Livinghotel.

I had booked in person, and I rescheduled to August 30th - September 2nd. However, the hotel didn't tell me the booking was till the 3rd. If we had known we would have extended our trip by 1 day.

As it was, we missed out on this because they didn't tell me the reservation was till the 3rd to make up for the advance payment I made.

Other than that, the hotel was FABULOUS! We had a great time and even though it was a very expensive hotel it was very centrally located. We enjoyed our stay very much.

The elevators are slow and there are steps leading up to the elevator, so if you have elderly people, don't book this hotel.

Amenities were fabulous and the hotel was BEAUTIFUL! Thank you Benjamin, Edward and Omar for helping us with our booking and with making our stay enjoyable.

We stayed two weeks at this live-in hotel. It is an old building with high ceilings and in a wonderful location. Could not ask for better.
However, the room was very small that we stayed. I was upset to find such a small kitchen that was poorly equipped and laundry had to be done outside the room which I had to pay for it also. There were some other issues but some of the staff dealt with it nicely. Another slightly irritating problem was that the room service did not even vacuum or mop the floor. Being with small kids this is so important to maintain the clean and healthy environment that I always had to fight for. But saying that thank you for your fruits and patisseries treats in the reception.

Me and my husband only stayed for one night, but we loved the hotel. Room was modern, recent renewed, clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. It's in a good location and the breakfast was just delicious, a lot of varieties! I definitely recommend and would come back for sure.

The first room we were assigned - 203 - was terribly noisy - above the street. The A/C did not function. The shower lacked knobs and there was no soap tray. It was clear that the room had not been checked or approved for use prior to our entrance. In short - our first night was a drag.
The following morning I requested to change room. This was immediately approved, without any attempt to determine why we want to move or perhaps to offer an apology. I felt as if the staff knew that we were assigned a sub-standard room. the second room - 401 - was fine.

We loved this hotel. Staff were uber helpful. Location was very central - a few minutes walk from all the main attractions. The apartment was a boom as you had extra space to cook or chill out. There were complimentary water and beer in the fridge and down in the lobby.

Breakfast was good with a wide choice for a 'continental' breakfast.

Yes the lift is small but it fits into the lovely old spiral staircase. it does fit a couple of adults with their luggage. A small price to pay.

Location is Perfect, Staff very very friendly and professional. Nice Room. Very nice lobby. Great idea with the free refreshment bar. Good price. Definitely come back again and also recomand. You really feel like you are getting a good package.

We found the hotel to be amazingly well-located and the perfect spot for a week-long stay in Vienna. The kitchen, although modestly appointed, made it way to start the day with coffee and yogurt from the room before hitting the streets. The room was large enough that we were comfortable hanging out for a few hours in the late afternoons when we were warming up from the chilly Christmas markets that were such a highlight of the December trip.
