The rooms are spacious and clean, although the fact that there is no soap in the bathroom except for hand soap has left me a bit baffled. There are no options at breakfast for vegan or lactose intolerant people. The staff is nice and helpful.

Very basic and very old rooms in the hotel. Hotel very need modern reconstruction. Hotel do not have free wifi in the room. Price wifi in the room is 3€ !!!

Very nice hotel. The rooms were very nice and spacious. The down side was the free WiFi was poor.

The breakfast was meh, doors were broken, showed flooded, freshly painted walls, paper thin walls, slippery floors, moist bed sheets (yellow), unnecessary charges, employees that stare at the customers, wifi sucks.

Excelent place to stay in Wienna. Good, clean rustick rooms. Best breakfast in Vienna. Plesent staff that is always willing to help. Well positioned (metro station is near - but you are not close to the city center for the hotel to be expensive).

Look this is not the top end price in Vienna but it's reasonable and is very popular. I lived round the corner and had many guests stay there over time. They had no complaints, it was basic simple and clean. They were happy.

Worse experience in my life. This hotel real shows what bad a service mean. Last night when i came back to my room i had a very shocking surprise!! Someone old women was sleeping in my room on my bed. And what was really shocking that the woman came from outside the hotel, so this means she didnt came for her room and lost her way!!!! This hotel was the worst place i stayed in around the world and I advise everyone to avoid living in this dumb.
