This is my third stay at the Hilton Plaza, and as I expected, it was an excellent experience.
The hotel staff are friendly and do their best to accommodate their guests' needs.

In terms of size, the rooms are large by European standards, and the design is highly detailed include all the amenities and perks needed for travel. Beds and linens are of great comfort and quality.
The hotel lives up to its standards in every way.
Would definitely come back again and recommend.

A hotel with a superb location and which happens to be extremely hip with fun vibes. The staff were very attentive and quite helpful with the check-in. They were all truly relentlessly accommodating and courteous. The room was just perfect for our needs. It was clean with good quality bed linen. Breakfast was really good and plentiful. We had an amazing time and would stay again.

Great Hotel. The staff are very welcoming and the rooms are ample and well equipped. A very nice stay especially after visiting other EU countries where smaller rooms and bathrooms are the norm.

The restaurant Emile is great and the breakfast is very well set up and stocked.

I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Vienna and this is where I would stay of I were to return.

Beautiful hotel, spacious rooms with luxurious bathrooms. Great breakfast, you can get everything you wish to eat, a lot of vegan options too. Very competent and friendly staff, especially Mateusz at the reception desk - extraordinarily helpful young man. He definitely deserves a rise 😁

I was there for 3 days. Hotel is perfectly located for citybreak, sightseeing. Amazing rooms, staff is very helpful and friendly. Nice atmosphere and top service quality. Better than other 5* hotels in neighbourhood.i will come back there for sure.

Located close to the Rathaus and the city center, and right next to an ubahn station, this hotel is very nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that there is a cover charge for the restaurant, which is 2€ for lunch and 3€ dinner. The food and drinks are good, though.

Reception was very friendly and helpful which left a great first impression. Rooms were very nice and loved the overall Art Deco design of the hotel. Club lounge was also well worth it for the food selection and happy hour in the evening. Carpark however had limited parking not to mention very tight so take note if you are driving and have a larger car.
Overall enjoyed our stay at the hotel and would recommend.

Nice hotel with a 1920's theme. Good location right outside of the ringstrasse. Nice staff. Nice rooms and if you can get one on the penthouse level with a balcony for a beautiful view of the city.

Hotel is fabulous, location very good, rooms wonderful and spacious, food excellent but the staff (not all ofcourse but many) inexperienced and rude.
Reception: i saw her (won't name her) rolling eyes at me several times even before we checked in. I enquired about parking which was €35 for a night. Since we had to return the car next day morning and would need parking just for few hours i asked about parking on the street and free hours of parking etc. The answers then became cryptic and unhelpful. On another occasion the elevator wasn't working and there was red light on near the call buttons. We figured something was wrong and called the reception to check. Maybe they had a crisis moment as the fire systems had a glitch and the elevators stopped working. BUT the voice of the other side yelled in a rude tone and asked 'what exactly do you want?'. I don't expect this kind of language in the service industry let alone hospitality industry at a 5star hotel.

Breakfast staff: generally restaurant staff seemed to be running around alot during breakfast. There was chaos of waiters, managers, even chefs etc. moving around alot and still some or the other dishes on the buffet were always empty. As delicious as the breakfast was it took maneuvering to get to the dishes. Most of waiters seemed like students with little or no experience, taking away plates while we are still eating (happened twice) but not taking away used empty glasses or cups (I suppose the kitchen ran out of plates and this poor fellow was asked to bring back used ones). This one waiter (she) asked us 'what is eggs Benedict?' when we ordered it (the kitchen serves it as part of their breakfast spread, we had it the previous morning) i hope she is a hospitality student working at the hotel. While these young waiters were inexperienced they were polite.

There was one experienced waiter who was a stern looking lady, clearly stayed away from serving us at breakfast. She was keen to serve only a few tables and by pattern they seemed to be German speaking and got fabulous service from her. She stared at me on many occasions but ignored me when I asked for help on one occasion, i felt discriminated against unfortunately.

We travel often across Europe and stay and all kinds of hotels. When we pay for a 5star we expect a 5star service. They extended a late check out for us, they gave us complimentary water, they gave us a cake for our anniversary and while I'm thankful for all of this they actually owe me courteous service and a polite tone. I will NOT recommend this hotel despite it's many plus points.

Nice hotel with good service. Breakfast is big enough and plenty. Coffee is just average unfortunately. I enjoyed the gym and the location is good if you don't mind a little stroll in the city. Overall a good hotel I would regulary stay.

Junior penthouse very spacious with large bathroom and lovely shower. Only drawback to the room was that we struggled to reduce the heat. We had the aircon on the lowest setting and the windows open, with it snowing outside, and it was still far to warm in the room. The hotel itself is very chic, clean and all staff very polite.

Honestly well worth the Hilton brand!!! Simply lovely! Nice decor and very helpful staff. Bar was a bit short on staff and had a bit of a bad experience one of the nights but Sophia one of the front desk agent was very helpful and resolved the situation
