a really nice hotel close to the city centre of the city. it is a metro station close by, which make it easy to reach. attention! if you are planning to use the metro, remember that you have to buy a card, which only can be purchased in cash

Wonderful experience, but I think the television in the rooms should have English also most of the channels are in Spanish.

Solid 4 star hotel. Booked through Hotwire, but for some reason I wasn't included on the free breakfast list while my friend who booked the same way for the same days was included.

The hotel is nice, the rooms are clean, the staff is more-or-less friendly - provided you speak Spanish.
The big drawback is the WiFi, which if it works, has dial-up speeds. One is lucky to get WIFI though, as portions of ones own hotel room may not even work.response / report this review -

Spacious rooms with a good view. Huge lobby. Close to public transit. WiFi isn't great in all rooms and sometimes goes down completely.

Nice place to be! The staff is very welcoming and always pay attention to your needs. The hotel offers a very comfy environment, where you can notice right from the lobby. Got a handicap-accessible room and I had a very good experience. They have roll-in shower with shower bench. In addition, the room had plenty of space for wheelchair. Is was for sure an excellent choice and a very pleasant stay.
