This is a great Hostel, clean, and very centrally located (south) in San Telmo. The staff is incredibly professional and friendly. Alice and the guys were patient, helpful and fun to chat with. They were just a few of the sort of limited number of Argentinians I met who were totally fluent in English and so were good friends to me on my stay (embarrassed to say not at all conversant in Spanish but this trip really made me want to learn). I had a single private room. It was quiet most of the time though i brought and wore earplugs one of the two nights I stayed. The room had a nice private toilet and shower and had a big window that overlooked out on to only occasionally busy street. Very affordable. Lots of younger people staying here, seemed like a good crowd to go out with though. As far as safety, I felt totally safe. as a larger white male- it would be hard to make a call for someone else. but they have a nice bracelet system to keep track of who is staying and not. The front door is locked and a gate is locked at nightonly opened for guests. There were no problems whatsoever and it's one block from a police station. At night the neighborhood is very alive but not crazy
Theres bars and street food around the corner on every other corner or so, there's also clubs and beautiful parks, historic buildings and neighborhoods, within a short walk. Loved it! Go here!response / report this review -

For the price it certainly was a good deal, we stayed in a twin room on the first floor, with a private bathroom. The bedding was reasonably clean, and the bathroom had a shower, toilet and sink.
The pool on the ground floor was a nice feature, although due to its position within the building gets minimal sunlight.
Our main issue with this hostel was they have a policy of making everyone wear wrist bands, which we couldn't do as we were working in the local hospital and this didn't go down very well. Nevertheless the staff were quite friendly and when we needed to stay another night they managed to keep our original room as to not to move! We would stay again if in the neighbourhood!response / report this review -

Perfect Location in San Telmo to reach la Boca, El Reservo Ecolocigo and other places by foot. Nice staff that helps you with any problem. Every day special events like city tours, tango lessons or pub crawl are organized. The rooms have big lockers (you need to bring your own lock) and are cleaned every day.

Pretty modern hostel. We were there for NYE and the atmosphere was decent, but not great. The rooms are nice, but wifi didn't work in our room and the bathroom wasn't very clean.

Comfy and affordable, nice places to eat on the blocks around it, the San Telmo district is nice as well, with antique stores and street markets on some days.

An ok place!
Service is nice and they offer some social events. So it's easier to get in contact with other guys there. Really big plus - rate with 5 stars!!!!
A minus was the bathroom and the cleanness: shower was pretty old and together with the floor not cleaned very well. In total the room was already old fashioned and the good days passed.response / report this review -

this place smelled like coochie throughout all the hallways, and I peed all over the halls every night cause I have a bladder disorder so this place stinks. I also had sexual interactions with the well past senior doorman.

A group of 24 of us spent 4 nights here. The pool is great, the rooms are clean, the bathrooms are small but do the job well, and they have "lockers" for you to keep your bags in for every room just bring your own lock. The location was walking distance from great places in BA. Had free wifi but was spotty in location. Charging outlets were limited in the 6 person rooms. Breakfast had alot of carbs but protein options for purchase. The common area had at TV for watching sports and a nice pool table. Beers were available to purchase from a fridge in this location.

Great place to stay. Staff happy and friendly. Well equipped and pleasant communal lounge and entertainment areas including nice pool area. Rooms average, but clean and good value. Will stay again for sure

Great hostel! Fair prices, very good breakfast for hostel standards. Hot pool included. Friendly staff. Great location. Rooms are big enough. Separate shower and toilet within room.
