Terrible hotel , the breakfast was below average , the bathroom door in our room doesn't close properly neither does the window or the draw , the walls are dirty the tv only faces 1 of the beds , the bath tub is moldy , we booked an executive triple room with deceiving photos of the shared lounge room on level 1 , to learn our room is tiny , not to sure who gave this hotel 4 stars , don't book your hotel here !

Good service. The only issue was the AC power socket because they use a non-common type and they don't have so many adapters available.

Muy buen hotel, excelente ubicación, limpio y muy buena atención por parte del personal.
Habitación doble amplia y el baño también. Ubicada sobre diagonal norte da todo el día sol, se compensa con el aire acondicionado que se puede regular al ser individual.
Excelente el desayuno.
Tiene restaurante, pero no comí en él.
Arriba en la terraza tiene sauna, jacuzzi al aire libre y un pequeño gimnasio.

It is located in the heart of Buenos Aires. Great breakfast and it is a walking away to the Casa Rosada and the shops.

Don't go to this place. We arrived exhausted after traveling during the night.
The booked room was not ready and we had to wait 3 hours in the empty restaurant on the second floor without offering something to eat or even to drink. No help from the hotel-staff with the baggage or any other kind of support. After 3 hours of waiting I forgot my mobile on the restaurant-table and when I came back 30 minutes later, it had disappeared. The (badly) installed security-cams didn't show the table but showed, that only the restaurant-staff was present during the time and no guest had entered the room. Guess who took the mobile !!
No help from the hotel-manager, who never appeared (during 5 days) to resolve the situation. Only messages at the reception. Absolutely zero support from the hotel. Don't know, where they got the four stars from. A very bad experience!!! Avoid this place if possible.response / report this review -

This place has bad customer service, bad (or no) food, facilities are bad pictures are clearly staged. The nearby area is dangerous (two of my co-workers were stolen from in a street just a few meters from it, Suipacha). They charged me twice for a whole week, over 600 USD, when I asked to see a statement of account to understand the charges they denied it saying that the person in charge was not around. That pretty much covers it, there other minor details but these major facts make it the worst hotel at which I have stayed I know hotels, believe me I travel quite often.
