El hotel es muy bueno, las habitaciones muy comodas, el personal es agradable. David de la recepción es un genio, muy atento, muy profesional. El desayuno es bueno salvo por los jugos q no son de frutas naturales y son bastantes feos. El resto genial

It really feels like a hospital hotel, bad service, location is not great if you are a tourist, the internet doesn't work well in the bedroom

Good value for money, good location near the Subte (Medrano). Room was large, comfortable and quiet. Linens were high quality, but the towels and toiletries were cheap (bring your own). Internet blows badly, but for the value, which included a decent breakfast we were able to look past it. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would stay again if we found a similar rate.

Business-like hotel. I would rate it a 3.5 star hotel. Cleanliness 10/10. Rooms were spotless. Free breakfast - eggs, croissants, cereal, coffee, and assorted sliced fruit - quite good. Service was good - staff spoke decent English. Rooms are fairly large for the price range. Located on the edge of Palermo neighborhood. About a 15-30 min walk into heart of Palermo but a very short can ride. Otherwise a quiet street. Good blackout shades. Housemaids did great job everyday. Keycoded safe in rooms are quite big and work well. Negatives - the "gym" is completely useless. It is the size of a small room with one bench press/barbell set, a broken stationary bike, and a broken treadmill. However, if you want a clean, safe, quiet, well serviced hotel I would recommend this place.
