Hotel staff very friendly, although advice given from reception was incorrect on a few occasions, such as shop opening times and where to get sube cards, however on the most part fine. The hotel is modern, clean and well maintained. The pool area was slightly disappointing, to start the pool is very small with 6 sun loungers. The pool probably gets around 1.5 hours of sun a day due to high buildings around. Overall happy with hotel as location, room quality and breakfast good.

Great hotel and only a couple blocks away from Al Carbon restaurant. Nice bar and good prices. Very good service and very welcoming and attentive.

Good rooms. Nice hotel. Rooms overlooking pool have more light. Quick taxi ride to cruise terminal.

Great hotel, really clean. Chocolate in the bedroom every night (love these sort of small touches ). Staff were really friendly and helpful. The restaurant was being refurbished whilst I was there, so the barman on the Sunday seemed to be under alot of pressure. Really good selection at breakfast, lots of fresh fruit.
Pool was lovely and quiet and they even had a life guide on duty.
Bathroom will need to be refurbished in the next 2 years but would still stay here. My bedroom was fairly dark but didn't effect me to much as only slept there and was out exploring the whole day

Arrived on an overnight flight and was welcomed and made comfortable right away. I refreshed myself with a shower, had a wonderful Cafe Americano, and am off to a great day of work.

After traveling around the globe, for more than thirty countries, this is the first time in a FIVE STARS hotel, you MUST PAY for the following items;
Tooth kit, slippers, shower cap, cotton buds, comb, kettle, tea and coffee mugs, sugar, and finally you have to buy the water.
The only answer from the hotel was" this is the hotel policy".
I highly advise anyone thinking about this hotel to review his options again, where he can find a place that he can feel home!!

Great large business class rooms. Good location. Bad smell in the bathroom. Powerful shower! They could make an effort on the pillows and covers. Low quality.
