Very well located in Puerto Madero with great spaces for business meetings. The rooms are the same standard as other Hilton hotels, spacious, clean and with what you would expect from a Hilton.
Hotel bar and services were great. Rooms could use a bit more modernization but overall was pretty good.
Great hotel at excelent location! Rooms are spacious and clean but need to be refreshed. They have a great pool and gym area. The lobby bar is fantastic! The location is great, both for business and leisure. Great restaurants by walking distance. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay here! The hotel is very nicely designed and in a good location in the modern Puerto Madero district. Staff was helpful, rooms were nice and big, and the food was good too -- we had room service breakfast a couple of times and also ate at the bar one evening. I rather enjoyed the Queen B drink as well as the food. The bar keeper even helped us a bit with learning Spanish :)
Would come here again.
Just been at the lobby coffee shop, excellent service, reasonable food, nice ambiance
Beautiful hotel centrally located in Puerto Madero area of Buenos Aires. Staff was exceptionally friendly. Hotel is nicely decorated. Executive accommodations and lounge were perfect for a little getaway even within the hotel itself.
Good location, well maintained hotel. Rooms nice, include international power port. Executive lounge food a bit sparse in the evenings.
Good place, good surroundings but not like Buenos Aires, a very fancy neighborhood but very very expensive as well
Don't use the online reservation. No one to review your request for a reservation. I had better luck with the phone.
The Hilton is not a 5-star property. Turndown service has to be requested. I asked to have some glasses brought to the room and they told me they could bring me 3 glasses but if I wanted a 4th glass, there would be a charge. The Ethernet doesn't work. The chair was broken but they sent a guy up to fix it. The hotel refuses to change money. The south entrance is locked so you have to go out the north entrance to go south. There was no salmon in the breakfast buffet. I could go on but there are actual 5-star hotels in BsAs which I would recommend.
Good breakfast, fast wifi, clean rooms. AC takes a while to get going. Cool design of lobby.
Very nice hotel in a very nice location. The service is good. They could use a little better breakfast.
I was very very warmly welcomed, upgraded and escorted to my executive room at the top floor with the distant ocean view. Everything in the room was according to the highest Hilton standards with the small extras included a small but nice wardrobe room where you would normally store all your suitcases and clothes-related things. I did not dine nor had breakfast in the main area but it people there were looking like they enjoyed it when I passed through in late night. Breakfast in the executive lounge was on a slightly weak side with mostly high-carb (muffins etc), fluffy scrambled eggs but the bacon was ok. I was also late for the cocktail time in the lounge. The are around is nice and it is worth doing a walk in the nature park and then chill in some of cafes around.
My review is on the lobby bar and not the hotel as I didn't stay there. The espresso was good but not amazing. They offer free WiFi which was nice, the ambiance is nice and inviting, the hotel itself is located in a very nice neighborhood. As a side note they offered complementary chocolate with my order which was a nice surprise
Very comfortable and large room, as well as bathroom. Close to downtown (walking distance at least for European), just cross the river to tons of restaurant. Nice and huge fitness.

Polite and attentative staff. Wonderful breakfast and lovely lobby. Fascilities were superb and rooms were clean and comfortable. ..although surprisingly, powdered milk was offered in the rooms for tea.
Great hotel installation. Expensive but worth it. It's located in a very safe zone of Buenos Aires. Plenty of restaurants and places near by.
My boyfriend and I had been there for the New Year's eve and the service was simply terrible. They closed the bar at the pool at 5pm, while it was still crowded. They said the bat would serve meals until 11pm. We TRYED to order around 10:30pm and they said that the service was closed. Reason: too many orders. Well, we seated, had a drink and watched the other guests eating.
Not to mention that the EXECUTIVE LOUNGE was crowded all the time. We had our breakfast seated on the couch, in front of the TV. Half of the food was gone and they didn't replace.
Their service seemed to be a lot cheaper than other Hilton around the world (DIAMOND MEMBER OPINION).
