Excellent value, price was right and a very good location. Friendly desk staff spoke fluent English and was helpful planning a day of sightseeing. Room was good, bed nice, and bathroom ok. Carpet could stand to be replaced. WiFi was good but had issues initially getting access. Free breakfast. Great for the price.

Hotel in a very good location in the centre of the city. Polite staff with decent English. Rooms were comfortable however we were able to smell cigarette smoke through the bathroom vents from other people smoking elsewhere. Breakfast was really good.

Great central location with everything nearby even by foot. Room atmosphere and halls are more retro. Staff is mostly friendly. Spacious rooms, some with carpets but no mold smell. If your room faces the avenue, it gets noisy in the morning. No outlets near beds, and the outlets are Argentinian standard, besides one or two on a wall or bathroom. Clean bathrooms with basic amenities. One room I stayed the A/C couldn't heat. Breakfast is average, enough for the day but not many options, and if staying for many days it gets repetitively boring.

Wi-Fi was terrible, service mediocre. Was yelled at for asking for more towels. Printers don't work, keys are de magnetized daily.

Almorzamos un domingo, el lugar muy lindo, la comida bien en sintonía con el precio, espero que no te toque de mozo Claudio o que el día que vayas tenga las ganas de trabajar que hoy no tenía. Por ejemplo el café estaba incluido en el menú y ni siquiera nos avisó, nos dimos cuenta en la calle leyendo el menú. Tres horas para traer la panera mientras charlaba con su compañera. Se escondía atrás de la columna para que no lo llamemos. Sólo trajo pan negro. ¡Y encima éramos los únicos almorzando! Sólo es amable cuando te entrega la cuenta.

The front desk clerk is in no rush to be overly helpful. The two clunky computers aren't going to let you print a boarding pass (though that is not uncommon in hotels in Buenos Aires, I understand). The rooms are OK. Furniture is a bit tired looking. But, they are OK. The swimming pool is more like a "knee" pool. If you stand on your knees in it, you're still far above water. Decent breakfast in the morning.

All in all, OK. Not great, but OK.

Very friendly staff, twin rooms are ok but the double rooms are the ones to go for. Restaurant is average, rather walk 15min to Recoleta for nicer food.
