  Okay hotel in an old stylish building, great location and service, nice restaurant with limited buffet breakfast. No gym or pool.

  a nice place and nice breakfast. very close to the center: Florida av. san martin square. little problems in the room that they help to solve. A good expierence.

  SORELY LACKING IN ROOM AMENITIES. No clock, no iron, no facial tissues. LOCATION & STAFF GREAT.

  Very very old hotel. Basic rooms that are super old. Location is good and breakfast is ok. I'd say it's pretty good for the price as we got it for 100USD per night and we were two in the room so super affordable. Remember if you pay with credit card you'll save the tax.

  Room was a bit small but clean and comportable. Especially receptionists are very kind and supportive. The location is good because it's not too close to centro and safe. It's near Jumbo (supermarket) as well.

  The best breakfast ever. The hotel is in a great location, very comfortable rooms with great service and friendly staff. We loved our stay here. Would definitely return and would highly recommend this hotel.

  Great place, rooms can be outdated a bit but worth the money. I stayed at a few hotels near the retiro and NH is a ni brainer.

  Had awful service. Room still not cleaned each day by 6pm. Room service - cheese board took 11/2 hours for delivery. Breakfast room not clean. Tidied our table away as we waited for toast to cook ( twice!) . No laundry service or restaurant on Sunday's. No staff in bar. Very disappointing
