Good location, beautiful hotel with nice amenities. The only problem was the Staff, they are really rude, taciturn and not really helpful. A smile could make a huge difference, should try it.

2 nights stay. Excellent city location. Large, clean and comfortable rooms. Fantastic breakfast. Would stay again.

+ the attention of the staff at the reception. the bed and the pillows were super comfy
- in the breakfast buffet you have to ask for an omellette or fresh espresso coffee if you don´t want the filter coffee or the scramble eggs because the waiter does not offer it. but the breakfast was goodresponse / report this review -

A lovely hotel, in a very good position (100 yards from the main square). Helpful staff, good breakfast, small pool and sundeck on the roof and good sized rooms. Would recommend a stay, only downsides are only one English language TV channel (BBC World News) and no tea/coffee making facilities in room.

Excelente como toda la cadena NH. Solo no habia adaptador para tomacorriente en el hotel. Solo habia uno para hacer uso en la habitacion que era para dos personas ojala pudieran siquiera tener adaptadores para prestar a los huespedes pensando en quienes viajamos desde Mexico por primera vez a Argentina.

This would be a 3.5 star hotel in my opinion. The finishings look like a crowne plaza or Sheraton with decent amenities like a fitness center and a good bar.

horrible experiencia and service. 4 days after request still waiting for a management call or email with explanation. bad cleaning, lights did not work properly and they did nothing to sort out, entered the room early in the morning while I was in, service woke me up in the middle of the night knocking on th door not to come back despite the fact I have been there many times before. never a great place, always with little service issues, but this time a dreadful experience I requested explanation on and I am still awaiting

The don´t have any vegetable milk or any vegetarian or vegan option.
I have to stay here for my job 2 times a month and I always ask for soy milk and they laugh on me. Shame on you "5 stars"
