Nice hotel with one of the best restaurants in town.
They need to get rid of individual mattress beds right away and improve internet access because is ridiculous slow and bad.

Beautiful hotel. Rooms are large and clean. Bed is the biggest I've ever seen! Bathroom has bath and shower, which is appreciated after a long day's work. The service is friendly and helpful. Sadly arrived too late to explore the area, but did make use of the hotel's pool and jacuzzi. There's also a fitness centre if so inclined. ;)

Very good hotel, much better than other options such either Sheraton.
Attentive personnel with modern rooms and a good restaurant make this hotel a great option if you're here for work on Puerto Madero.

I like this hotel. It is in a nice spot, good service, modern decoration. Food and breakfast could be a little better though as well as staff - coffee takes ages to get to the table. And some rooms are much better than others . But mostly they have good size and nice amenities.

Location is convenient. Rooms have wood floors and the noise from upstairs eccos. Bathtubs must be made of plastic covering as full of cracks. Asked for a double bedroom and got the smallest twin beds. I barely fit and I am 5'7. I asked for a quiet room and said that my reservation was aready made. Had to insist to request a quiet room a d ended up with this..

Very nice hotel, the garden side is a hideaway, quiet to relax. Good value for money. Centrally located, you can even walk into downtown and stroll along the river bank with fancy shops and restaurants.

Very nice hotel. Nice gym and pool. Breakfast could be improved. Rooms are spacious clean and modern. The best is its bar and above all its staff. Always cordial and professional at every single moment. I like the rooftop yet covered pool as it is a year round option. Location is in trendy Puerto Madero but more sure this is as valuable as it used to be. Depending on rate it could be a good value hotel.

It's good to stay for business trip. There are many fovorite restaurant nearby here. I stayed for 4 days, I didn't have any problem.

Location of the hotel is very good, and the people who work there are helpful and attentive. I have given this hotel a single star rating for failure to address a very well known problem. Our room was right below the gym and the noise began at 6:30am on week days. When we raised the issue to the hotel staff, we were told the issue was known and that we could change rooms, but were assured the noise would cease on the weekends. Rather than hassle to change rooms (we didn't come to BA to sit in a hotel room) we opted to stay in the room with the expectation that things would get better. They got worse! The customer service representative told us the hotel manager was aware of the problem and there would be an adjustment on our room charge for the problems. Upon check out, not only was there no adjustment no one even acknowledged the problem. There are plenty of great hotels in Puerto Madero that are as good or better than this place. If you're on the fence about staying here, consider other options, there is much better value to be found in other properties!!!!

Great hotel for business travels. Staff very experienced and professional. Private meeting rooms at the 9th floor and presence of spa as well. Great experience.
