Probably the worst hostel experience I've ever had during my 6 months of travels! Rules that make no sense, rude staff and overpriced bar! Everything is ruled with an iron fist and you feel like you are accommodated in a concentration camp. Also wifi sucks.

Staff are absolutely incredible. Perfect central location. Nice big lockers in room. Big airy rooms. Hostel conveniently offers city tours and experience (bit are not pushy). Nice little bar. Beautiful balcony for my 8 bed dorm. The street does have a few clubs so it can get a bit loud. The pillows aren't great.

Luckily we were top floor so the room was reasonably quiet on 2/3 nights. Our final night we were due up at 6am and the other guests were just heading to bed having sat outside rooms playing music etc all evening meaning a pretty terrible sleep. If noise was kept to the bar area it would have been better. Basic rooms as expected, bed not the best.

Air Con is advertised. But it is only on between 11pm and 9am - and getting them to turn it on is akin to pulling teeth. Otherwise it’s a great hostel with a good atmosphere and lots of activities for solo travelers.

Great hostel voor party folks! Nice atmosphere and social area. The dorms could be better. The mattress where in a bad shape and showers as well. Can be very noisy in weekends because the night club across the street is open till 7am

Had a great stay earlier this year: excellent location, clean and quiet private room, good breakfast, very fast internet. The staff were fantastic - really friendly and helpful.

Great place if you are wanting to party. The facilities are kept clean and there is always something to do. Beds are comfortable but the rooms loud. If you want sleep you either need to be drunk or wear heavy duty ear plugs.

Good party hostel. I was ill when I was here but food was good. Good tours from this hostel and in a good location. Dorms smelt of smoke though.

Total frat house - very loud at all hours. Also next door to a pornography theater and you can hear the audio all night.

Party hostel. Great for meeting people and for organised nights in the 2 hostels. Big 8 bed dorms. Nice quiet zone and terrace on the top floor. While the location is very central that's probably not the best part of town, would stay in Palermo next time.

Incredibly friendly staff. Well organized tours and nightly party activities. Staff cleans everyday and it is as clean as it can possibly be with 6 females sharing the same space. It felt a touch crowded but not unbearable in any way. I would stay here again with no problem. Kudos to the front check in staff. They were bombarded with a large crowd all at the same time and they handled it very professionally.
