Service was Ok but the A/C does not work properly so it was impossible to sleep with the BS Sumner heat, beside that they made an party/meeting at night's, and there was more than 200 people smoking in front of the main/only door, and standing in the middle of the path, it really uncomfortable.
Heat, smoke, noise and 100's of people in the door.
Very unpleasant visit, complained about the AC like 3 times so they installed a portable unit in the room, without the back hose so all the heat stayed inside the room it wasn't a solutu on.

This hotel is a o star hotel no bell boys woman from the age off 85 years carring their luggage at midnight elevatars that don't work. And you tell me that this hotel is five star?

I stayed 4 nights at this hotel. This is not a 4 star hotel. I classified it as a 1 star hotel. At our arrival the room was made up but it is as if the staff has only made the beds. There was no toilet paper.I called the operator and they told me that it will be delivered. I've been waiting the whole night. I called again early in the morning to remember them to deliver the toilet paper. Very shame, very poor service. There were other rooms that had the same problem of toilet paper. Always when i travel i have tissues with me, so i used my own hand tissues.
Another issue is:The kitchen of the hotel was some what not hygiene at
all.
The breakfast was not fresh at all with exception of the scrambled eggs, i guess, served during the breakfast.
The staff need to be upgraded. Some of them did their utmost to serve us better.
But definitely this i not a 4 star hotel.Room doors not locking. Bathroom not closing at all. Very old.
Bath towels old, should be throw away.
I felt as if the hotel staff fooled us. We payed for a service we never got.response / report this review -

Muy lindo hotel. Comodo acceso. Buen trato. Relacion precio producto excelente. Pileta y sauna muy lindos. Habitaciones grandes. Cama confortable.

Very convenient location, close to Manuel Tienda Leon shuttle service from the airport, within the business center of the city.
Avoid room 1105 as you have the noise of the evelator early in the morning.
