  Nice hotel in San Telmo (safe area), 10 mins walk to Puerto Madero. Hotel is clean and the staff is pleasant. I put 3* for the reception service. I've asked for a taxi to EZE and the driver charged me a double price (around 800 pesos!!) saying that they have an arrangment with the hotel. No problem.. but the hotel should have warn me about the price so i could choose to pay it or not.

  Fui roubado no hotel por um dos funcionários, que entrou no quarto levando carregador, fone de ouvido camisetas e até cueca! Acreditem !

  Apenas a cama é boa!
  Televisão que não funciona o controle remoto!
  Para ligar o chuveiro existe um ritual e que ele te explicam com má vontade, no Banheiro ainda com bidê, toalhas são trapos
  Cortesia forçada!
  Hotel fica de frente a um prédio abandonado, com calçadas cheia de fezes e urina
  café da manhã inexistente, com moradores que vão ainda de pijamas.
  A energia do Hotel cai a todo momento!
  o Cheiro é horrível no hotel todo!
  Caraterístico de produtos ruins com mofo!
  A rua é horrível! Lembra rua do Centro velho de São Paulo.
  Serve apenas para dormir, porém não volto nunca mais neste pulgueiro!

  Fue muy difícil tratar de pagar con tarjeta de crédito, y el personal solo resolvió el tema después de mucha insistencia.

  Simple yet cool hotel. Staff are very knowledgeable about the local area. If things are not right the staff fix them quickly.

  Excelente atención tendrían que incorporar un minibar en las habitaciones y mejorar el servicio de desayuno. Todos muy amables y el lugar muy bello.

  Very nice boutique hotel in the middle of San Telmo. We stayed here for a night at our stop over in BA.
