We arrived here last night. The staff was very warm and accomodating. We were able to get our room with a fantastic view. I recommend staying here. We will be here for a few days.

La mejor atención esta aquÃ, lugar acojedor, con buena limpieza.la verdad tienen al mejor equipo de trabajo y con personas muy amables en recepción, seguridad y mucamas ni hablar de la parte de restaurant; la mejor atención de Adrian y Leonardo con su buena onda! Gracias por habernos hecho sentir tan bien ya Volveremos!

Never go to this hotel. This terrible terrible hotel.
Our reasons:
1) Flea infested beds. Our stay resulted in severe flea bites over our ankles, legs, and waist. The bites are so severe they result in blistering and secondary infections.
2) Horrible hotel staff. *very* rude. Does not offer help. Instead offers exaggerated sighs, eye rolling, and sighs - did I mention they didn't help at all?
3) Gross bathroom. The soap provided by the hotel was used and rewrapped and resealed with scotch tape. Yuck!
Stay far far far away from Hotel Bristol in Buenos Aires.response / report this review -
