Very nice. No facilities for tea or coffee in rooms.

I stayed here and found the hotel to be average at best. There was a part of the wall panel that was separated from the wall. The bed pillows were too soft, even using two. When showering, the bathroom floor became soaked.
At breakfast, some of the food was cold, and they had run out of clean plates, forks and knives. There were no tables with clean place settings, as there was insufficient staff.
But my bigest complaint was that I asked the restaurant server if the hotel offered free complmentary tea or coffee, similar to that offered by US or better hotels and his reply was yes. After providing us tea we got up and were ready to leave, when he stopped us and presented us a bill for over $6 dollars US. While I can understand that this might be a misunderstanding, since the servers English was not perfect, he should have understood my question about the hotel offering FREE coffee or tea.
Asking the hotel management for an adjustment was a waste of time, as the server was off from work the next day, and he said that I should have refused to pay the bill when it was presented. Not very accomodative nor customer friendly.response / report this review -

Good location. Modern hotel on the inside. Be wary if you're sharing a room with someone you're not too comfortable with. The bathroom are semi-private.

Good hotel. Nice staff, ok breakfast (switch that OJ and offer better quality hot ingredients), good room (spacious, practical). Shower was a bit broken but perfectly usable. Silent and comfortable. The lobby is not the sexiest but you can still take a meeting or two. Does the job.

The room was very nice and kept very clean. My only complaint was the mattress was what I consider cheap hotel quality. My prior experience with hotels is allot, but all in the US, so this may have something to do with it. I don't want to make it sound terrible, I was able to sleep fine on the mattress. It was very firm and didn't have a pillow top is all.

It's not bad hotel. But there are two really bad things about it . First is the place where it is. It is not very secure. Second, it is the restaurant. Moreover then this is bad and slow , And the plates are really poor. Take a look at the meat I asked. Too much nervous and bad taste.

Lovely hotel. I stayed in a suite and the facilities are great. Lovely staff very friendly even last minute they assisted me with a room service request . Lovely and tasty salad. The working space in the suite was great and the bed extremely comfy . Loved it
