The hotel is well located in the corner of Cordoba and Maipu, just a few blocks away from two subway stations and one bloxk away from Florida Street and Galeria Pacifico. The attention from the staff was very good. The room service food was good and the portions adecuate.

Classical Sheraton hotel with comfortable rooms. Service is just fine if you don't ask for something that is a bit more "complicated" as exchanging a higher value ballot.

Nice staff but one of the worst Sheraton I've ever been to. SPG elite recognition won't help too much. Even after an upgrade to a Sheraton Club level room, you get an old and small tv, a too soft mattress, an air conditioner that struggles to beat the heat of the summer, a door uncapable of isolating the external noises and a bathroom with the smallest bath ever seen. The breakfast is okay. The pool, located in the rooftop is too small for serious swimming and the gym is too bad. One of the treadmills was out of service. I tried to run on the 2 others and the belt was dangerously loosen on both. Unfortunately, despite the nice staff, I can't recommend this hotel.

Simply does not worth what it costs. Stayed for 9 days and had issues like broken lift (all 3) and TV signal off.

The infrastructure is as old as the building construction. Need to be renewed.

Very nice place with great location. Rooms are big and clean. Internet is so fast. Breakfast is really weak. Doesn't suit with Sheraton quality.

The location is great. Hotel staff is horrible, the rooms are mediocre. Sheraton Convention and Sheraton Tower in Retiro are far better.

Rooms are not clean, bed is not comfortable, and bathroom is small. This hotel needs an overhaul. Location is OK, but the entire area is a bit unclean.

A basic Sheraton. Facilities clean, beds are comfortable, and shower works great. For business travel it's fine. If your tastes are more in the luxury category this is not the place

Was probably pretty swank back when it was built but it's definitely showing it's age now. There's some interesting little places to eat nearby but the downtown area has seen better days and gets more than a little sketchy at night. Beware walking around after sundown unless you're in a big group.

The hotel was planned as a stopover from Frankfurt for an Antarctica Cruise in February 2017. However, we had to change the cruise to the next available which is only in January 2018 due to the sudden death of my young sister. Celebrity Cruises and Lufthansa Airlines were extremely accommodating and sympathetic and we were able to change all our bookings to January next year without any additional costs. To my dismay ONLY THIS HOTEL did not seem to understand our situation and only finally offered to postpone our stay until June 2017 latest. This does not help us at all as the Antarctica Cruises are only performed during the winter season. The style and customer service of this hotel deserve only a negative rating. I would therefore not recommend it.
