Neat place, nice behavior, but I've told the receptionist to reserve a place for visiting and she forgot about it.

I thoroughly enjoyed my say. We took a breakfast buffet option and stayed for 11 nights. The reception staff were very helpful in getting us settled in and the housekeeping staff are very professional. I have attached a picture of our fully cleaned top floor room. We would definitely book this hotel a second time much recommended.

The hotel get me 108$ just for 2 towel and 1 body gown who was colored!!!
They don't show me the price list or anything that clear where this price come from!!
It has very far from downtown and you should get taxi every time and the hotel has not the manual service like other hotels how are far from downtown. The area that the hotel is placed is not good and at night it's not seems secure at all.
The room service didn't recharge the shampoo until it ran out completely!
And Don't trust the photo of room in booking. I expect big bath but the tub in my room was normal for just 1 person.response / report this review -

For the wedding night, I had booked and paid deposit for my nephew, but they said there is no reservation. I later realized that they had given me just a receipt as if I bought a service. They are crook!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Whilst it looks nice, the place is a shambles. I cannot say that a single person I encountered was professional.
I have been unlucky enough to stay here for three weeks and have yet to find one reason to recommend the place:
• The bathroom was repeatedly missing shampoo and shower gel.
• Laundered clothes returned unironed and just shoved in a bag. The manager (owner?) was actually giggling as I explained to the receptionist the issue. It took 3 days to finally have ironed clothes.
• Maids walking in with Do Not Disturb sign in place.
• Ordering fried eggs at breakfast and being given an omelette because the person who HAD ordered an omlette had left the dining room. And then my fried eggs arrive with a different waiter!
• Ordering water with my meal and finally being offered it when the bill comes.
• Having to 'interrupt' waiters from their busy smartphone texting and having them huffing at the interruption.
I eventually gave up and just prayed for a non-fatal lightning strike but not even the Gods of Ararat were helpful!
Oh. I thought of one positive!!

We were 4 and had an awesome stay in this hotel. Duplex room very nice and cozy. Free billiard and pool and nice staff.
