The GOOD: the staff is amazingly nice. Very respectful and very helpful. I have not seen any better. The food is nice--tho there are no menus. You get what they serve and it's generally very nice and tasty. The rooms were clean when we got there. Did I say the staff were wonderful? The price quoted was very very reasonable. The hotel is in a residential area and is very quiet and secluded. There is a park and a big grocery store in the neighborhood which was handy, The hotel manager change my dollars to dram at a reasonable rate which was very nice. You can make arrangements for a car to take you around for a reasonable price-although the driver doesn't speak English-but he was smart enough to understand sign language--and we ended up communicating anyhow. Other than the orange juice, the breakfast was excellent. I would stay there again and would recommend friends to do the same.
The BAD: the laundry service is expensive-it would be nice if they provided self help laundry. The Bar was closed throughout my stay. The room service was not a full service: they would make the bed and provide clean towels but so far as cleaning and removing trash, it was a hit or miss thing--sometimes they do it, sometimes they didn't. But it wasn't that much of an issue. I would call and they would do the work. The stair wells have no light during the night--so take a flash light with you at night--again, for adults, it's no big deal but kids running around could injure themselves. The breakfast orange juice was not really orange juice, I think it was Tang and it tasted horrible. They really should not serve that.response / report this review -

Bardzo przeciętny, brudne fugi przy kabinach prysznicowych. Śniadania bez szału. Ogólnie może być ale szału nie ma.

The hotel is far from the city center and you have to spend a lot of time and money on transfer. The rooms are small and not appropriate for the number of people settled at the room. There is no kettle in the room and you have to buy hot water or tea from outside, which is quit weird for a 4star hotel. Breakfast is in a low quality and equals to the breakfast of a one star or maximum 2stars hotels. Wi-Fi was disconnected for a couple of days of my staying at the hotel. The hotel staffs have no intention to guide the passengers to take self-visits from the Yerevan attraction, instead they try to encourage people to join their city visit tours which are so expensive and include visiting many places where are free of entrance charge. Overall I do not recommend this hotel at all.

i hope nobody choose this hotle.first of all you have to pay for boiling water there is no ketle in the rooms.the breakfast is the worst.just 6 item no fresh bread.the wifi was cuted for two days of my staying.the rooms are smallest and not clean enough.and the distance is really far from the city center, despite in its discription.and there is a small lobby with just 8 chair which you cant find place to sit in lobby.i dont recommend this hotel to anyone at all!!!!!

Иранский отель, или, точнее, отель для иранцев. Но и мне там было вполне уютно. Современно, чисто, все на высоком уровне. Завтрак - шведский стол, вполне приличный выбор. А ужин брать не советую - не вкусно, мало. Лучше поужинать в центре Еревана. Минус - далеко от центра. На общественном транспорте добираться далеко и долго. А если на личном авто (мой соучай) - есть большая проблема с парковкой в центре Еревана.

Не суетливо, номер большой, уборка хорошая, обстановка достаточная для бизнес поездки, еда минимальная, напитки любые, во основном гости из Ирана

Здесь чистые номера хорошо обставленные.Тихое место рядом парк супермаркет и кафе шашлычная.
Из минусов персонал почти не знает русского и постоянно пытается выставить дополнительный счет.response / report this review -
