Three star hotel with awful customer service.. Not friendly or accommodating at all Guests have to please the staff instead.. Unhelpful Most of the time the staff expressed a very unpleasant disposition.. The chef was however most helpful in preparing the meals The hotel rooms are ok with drinking water supplied only once in our three night stay It's location is the plus point A money exchange operating 24/7 is walking distance away.. A supermarket and food outlets are nearby.. Maybe it's the location that makes the hotel popular and makes staff very aloof

Неплохой отель. Но есть недостатки. Это отсутствие лифта и слабые кондиционеры в комнатах. Отсутствие кондиционеров в коридорах и на лестницах не столь важно, но при жаре под 40 градусов на улице комната охлаждается очень очень медленно. Персонал отеля приветливый.

The hotel has a convenience store close by. Good view. The rooms are not equipped with water,tea coffee its all chargeable. Plus the furniture is old.

Staff were very very helpful, friendly and speaks very good english! Rooms are not too fancy but it is clean and comes with a great view of the mountain and the river. Great value for your money!
