They did not stop smokers from smoking and smoke was a problem.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Good hotel for decent price. Relatively far from the city center, it's about 40 minutes walk by foot. Good breakfast for the money paid. Negative moment - strong cigarette smell in corridors, looks like it's allowed smoking there.

Good for the money. Staff are ok. Breakfast was good but the number of items was small. Especially if you are vegetarian. There is a room with sauna downstairs on the basement which I think is perfect and worth it to get for a night or two.

Very nice Hotel, clean and the service is good, feel comfortable. The reception staff are friendly and accommodating. I recommend this hotel.

Kind and helpful staff. Calm place. Close to nice cafes and restaurants. Breakfasts are always same, and not satisfying. Wifi is pretty good. Very clean and peaceful. No elevators. Small lobby.

Best deal in Yerevan with adequate quality for that price. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Food is reasonable> I would suggest more fruits, specially at Fall.

I live next to hotel. I would say that the hotel is situated in one of the safest places in Yerevan. The Metro Station "Barekamutyun" is in 10min of walk from the hotel.

Deluxe hotel staffs are friendly and accomodating. The only issue is whenever you need to go by taxi and you will be stuck in the traffic during work days whenever you want to go to the city center. Across the streets and nearby area, there are 24 hours local restaurants, supermarket and street foods, flower shops. I came here as a tourist last March 2017
