0 stars. I returned my rental car one week early at the beginning of March 2018. eZhire owe me 368AED for the early return of the car and despite asking for the refund on an almost-daily basis since March, I have still not received the refund (it’s now May 1st). I have been told 1. “I’m checking with accounts and we will update you tomorrow morning” approximately 20 times. 2. “Our accounts system is down and we cannot view your file.” 3. “I am on leave and cannot currently deal with the request” 4. “I will get my colleague to update you.” And I never hear anything back from them. Don’t use this car rental company.

It was a good experience from the start to the end. My enquiries were handled well through WhatsApp. Car was clean and my family enjoyed our trip in Dubai because of the car. Appreciated your patience handling my queries throughout! 😊 Will use this again next time I’m in Dubai!

Although we were unable to rent a car, Hassan was extremely helpful and kind. He took the time to advise us on other means of transport and helped plan our day in the city. I will definitely use their services next time i get the chance.

Friendly and helpful team. Got a wrong car delivered but the thing which I liked about Waqar and Farzad that they didn’t leave me hanging and provided a solution with a replacement car. They answered the calls and whatsapp message without any delays. I will use EZHIRE for my next requirement and would recommend to others as well!!

eZhire is a car rental mobile app, once you download and register, ezhire gets the car delivered to you. It's like an uber for rent a car. Prices are atlest 25℅ cheaper than the major car rental brands. Getting the car delivered is easy, just select the car, tap on number of day and press deliver now, that's it.
