  Useless, bloody useless. No sense of customer service at all. Wouldn't accept payment for policy reasons which were initially understandable but followed that up by refusing to make contact with head office to query. After waiting 3 days for the car to be available, there is now no way to pay. Don't waste your time with them.

  Absolutely the WORST SERVICE, UNEDUCATED STAFF, and TOTAL RIP OFF ARTISTS in the Middle East.
  
  Only company that actually CHARGES you the security deposit (not preauth) of 1000aed, and good luck if you see it again.
  
  The company cannot do proper math and will end up charging you way more than what's agreed or what should actually be charged.
  
  Go with a proper international rental agency - Hertz, Thrifty, or even Firefly to save yourself a huge headache.
